Is EstimatePro free to use?
Yes, EstimatePro is completely free. You can create unlimited estimates and invoices without any signup or credit card required. A Pro upgrade ($14.99 lifetime) adds your business logo, name, phone, and email to every estimate.
Can I create estimates on my phone?
Yes. EstimatePro works on any device — create estimates from your phone, tablet, or computer. Share a link instantly with your client and they can view it on any device without downloading anything.
How does tax calculation work?
Each line item has a taxable checkbox (Tx). Mark materials as taxable, uncheck labor if exempt in your area. Set your local tax rate once and the app automatically calculates Subtotal → Tax → Total for you.
How long does it take to create an estimate?
Most contractors create their first estimate in under 2 minutes. Enter your jobs with quantities and prices, and the app handles all the math and generates a professional link to share.
Can I add my company logo and branding?
The free version shows a 'Made with EstimatePro' watermark. Upgrade to Pro for $14.99 (lifetime, one-time) to upload your logo and add your company name, phone, email, and address to every estimate.
Does the estimate link expire?
You choose the validity period when creating the estimate — options range from 3 to 30 days. After that date, the share link will show as expired. You can always create a new estimate.
Do I need to download an app?
No download required. EstimatePro runs entirely in your browser. You can also install it as a PWA (Progressive Web App) for quick access on your phone or tablet.
What trades does EstimatePro support?
EstimatePro supports all contractors: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, painting, landscaping, masonry, concrete, flooring, drywall, siding, deck building, fencing, window installation, tile, cabinet making, handyman, and general contracting.
Can I print or save estimates as PDF?
Yes. Every estimate has a print button that opens your browser's print dialog. From there you can save as PDF or print directly.
Is my data saved or stored?
Estimates are stored in Cloudflare KV with a TTL based on your validity period (3-30 days). After expiration, they are automatically deleted. Your business info (Pro users) is saved locally in your browser.
