Who it's for
Tradespeople who need to write up an estimate in the driveway before the customer changes their mind. Electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, roofers, painters, landscapers, concrete crews, deck builders, fence installers, window fitters, tile setters, drywallers, siding contractors, flooring pros, cabinet makers, handypeople, and general contractors.
What it does
- Create an estimate in 2 minutes. Business name, client name, line items, tax, total. Done.
- Send it to the client as a link. They tap, they see a clean invoice, they tap "Reply" to email you back. No login on their end.
- Save as PDF. Built-in print-to-PDF. Looks like a real invoice.
- Works offline. Install it to your home screen, it runs without cell service. Drafts queue and send when you're back online.
The two tiers
Free is the whole app. No "trial," no "limited features," no upsell mid-flow. You can create, send, and save estimates forever without paying a cent.
Pro is $14.99, paid once. Pro adds your business name, logo, phone, email, and address to every estimate you send — so it looks like your invoice, not ours. It also unlocks cloud sync of your drafts so your work follows you across devices. No subscription. No auto-renew. No upsell email every Tuesday.
What we believe
Software for working people should be cheap, fast, and invisible. You should spend your time on the job, not learning a tool. You should own your work, not rent it from a vendor that can change pricing on you next quarter. And you shouldn't have to give your data to a stranger to send a bill.
What we don't do
- No accounts. No password to forget.
- No analytics trackers. No Facebook pixel. No "we value your privacy" cookie banner because there's nothing to consent to.
- No subscription. No "free trial that converts."
- No upsell modal every third screen.
Who built it
EstimatePro is built and maintained by a small team that got tired of paying $30/month for software they used twice a month. We make it because we wanted it to exist.
